Danielle Gros began her counseling journey in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She then graduated from Nicholls State University in 2013 with a Master of the Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

She has almost 10 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked with many different populations to include adults, teens, children, those with chronic/severe mental illness as well as those struggling with addiction in a PHP/IOP setting. Her primary focus over the last five years has been as a school-based provider where she serviced three schools in Pointe Coupee parish, where she was born and raised.

As a therapist, she is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater self-understanding, healing, and growth. She will provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys curling up with a good book and traveling with her husband and daughter.
