Dr. Ashley Jefferson holds a Doctor of Psychology degree with an emphasis in clinical psychology. She specializes in the treatment of behavioral health disorders, including post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, and related conditions, using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral and integrative therapies. Dr. Jefferson provides compassionate, clinically grounded care focused on assessment, treatment, and long-term recovery.
Beyond individual therapy, Dr. Jefferson is experienced in guiding and supporting individuals, colleagues and clients alike, offering consultation and training that strengthen overall quality of care. She is a native of southern Louisiana and grew up in East Feliciana parish. She attended Louisiana State University (LSU) for her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Mass Communications, and The Texas School of Professional Psychology for her Masters and Doctorate degrees. Dr. Jefferson has experience in policy and indirect service provision, as well. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and outreach activities to uplift others.
