The Culture: Creativity and Motivation
At the PTI, we have created a value-driven caring culture that insures your success. Six values describe the cultural environment of the employee and patient experience in our offices: Voice, Trust, Creativity, Motivation, Synergy, and Heart. Let’s talk for a moment about our values of Creativity and Motivation and how they promote and affect successful treatments.
Our staff uses innovative treatment methods to understand and address individual behavioral conditions. This understanding begins during the screening and assessment process, which allows them to creatively recommend specific treatments that are tailor-made to the patients’ needs.
Our patients bring innovation into their own lives by learning to welcome new ideas and ways of thinking, which allows for more effective treatment as a path to a better “you.” Patients are shown techniques that will help them spark their creativity, think differently, and thus generate new ways of dealing with life’s ups and downs.
Our staff is driven by the desire to do something great for our patients: challenge the status quo of their everyday struggles in life. Success starts with understanding the patient as a person and finding out what makes them act or think in the way they do. With the treatment options available, our staff believes that patients’ lives will be much better, at work and in the home.
Our patients become excited about challenging the status quo and embracing the idea of change and transformation, in search of a better life. Through treatment, they are driven to make a difference, face fears, and get outside of comfort zones because they see better ways of doing things, of handling uncomfortable or stressful situations.
Ours is a patient-driven approach. From initial evaluation to treatment and follow-up, we are by your side every step of the way. Embracing these values is yet another way we will help you develop mental health goals and then we guide you to the outcomes you desire, so you can live life on your own terms.
