Clinical Director

We are seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership and direct care for a growing team of mental health providers. This role offers a competitive base salary with a generous incentive program designed to reward clinical excellence, productivity, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Supervision:
    Provide clinical leadership, training, and oversight to a multidisciplinary team of 11+ providers (medical staff, therapists, and psychologists). Lead initiatives to optimize team performance and collaboration.
  • Direct Care:
    Deliver direct clinical services, including evaluations, therapy, or consultation, as part of a balanced workload.
  • Operational Management:
    Monitor team productivity, develop workflows to improve efficiency, and support financial goals to ensure profitability.
  • Provider Relations:
    Foster strong relationships with providers, addressing clinical concerns and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Billing & Compliance:
    Oversee clinical workflows to support accurate billing, insurance compliance, and timely reimbursement.
  • Growth Initiatives:
    Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and team expansion efforts, with anticipated growth in 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Louisiana.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams in a mental healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated success in balancing leadership and direct patient care responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in billing systems, EMR platforms, and clinical workflow optimization.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
  • Performance-Based Incentives: Potential to earn an additional compensation through the following metrics:
    1. Clinical Success Incentive:
      • Based on patient satisfaction scores, treatment outcomes, or quality benchmarks.
    2. Patient Interaction Incentive:
      • Based on provider team productivity goals, patient retention, and billable hours.
    3. Financial Performance Incentive:
      • Tied to revenue growth, billing efficiency, and profitability improvements.
